  • Can your courses help me to get a job or licensing in my country or providence or state?
    Our courses are created with quality in mind to provide pertinent information to jump start your career. Please note that every country state and or providence is different and may require additional licensing and certifications to be able to work in a chosen field. We would recommend contacting your local regulatory board to confirm what the requirements are before completing our courses. Peach Academy does not provide licensing for any of the courses we offer.
  • Can I get a refund for a course or ebook that I have purchased?
    Ebook and course purchases are non refundable
  • How do I receive my certificate?
    To receive your certificate please follow the steps at the end of your course. Certificates are emailed to the email address on file in within 72hours
  • How do I register for a course?
    I register for a course. Add your course to cart. Check out once payment is processed. Go to login and your course in under my courses
  • Does my course access ever expire?
    Your course access does not expire.
  • I logged into my account but I do not see my courses in my dashboard
    Please allow 24-48 hours for your courses to fully load in your course dashboard. If this time has passed and your courses are still not showing up try the following Log out of your account and log back in. Refresh your webpage and browser Clear your browsing history and cache If none of the steps above have rectified the issue please send us a message or email.
  • How do I reset my password?
    To reset your password, follow the steps below. Navigate to the upper right corner of your screen and click on "Login". In the next screen, go to "Already a member? Login Click on " Log in with email" Click on "forget password" Follow the directions on the next screen. You will receive an email with further instructions to reset your password.
  • How do I access my course dashboard?
    To access your courses, log into your account, go to my courses section. All of your courses will be in this section. To begin your course click on View program to begin.
  • I am unable to access my course dashboard.
    To troubleshoot, please ensure you are using the correct email address. Your courses are linked to the email address you originally registered with. In most cases this can cause your courses to not show up in your account. To rectify this issue, log out and log back into your account with the email address your registered with.
  • How do I access my subscription Courses?
    To Access your subscription courses Log into your account Go "My Courses" In your course dashboard, click on "View Course List" button Click "Join" on the course you want to start and that course will be added to your" Active" course list in your dashboard. If you are experiencing difficulties please contact us.
  • How do I cancel my unlimited course subscription?
    To cancel its easy. Please log into your account. Go to my subscription, and click on the subscription . You will see the option to cancel.
  • Can I get a refund for subscription payments I have made?
    Subscription payments are nonrefundable. This is because subscription payments are valid for that period in question. Eg if you pay for a monthly access pass then cancels the access pass two days later you will still be able to access the entire course library for one month.
  • How do I sign up for unlimited course subscription?
    To signup for unlimited courses click here
  • How does subscriptions work?
    With subscriptions you are able to complete as many courses as you want for a monthly or yearly fee. This is unrestricted access to all courses.
