THE OPPORTUNITY

Peach Academy offers online educational programs and live virtual learning experiences covering a wide range of professional, creative, business, wellness, beauty, and vocational subjects.

As an Online Instructor/Presenter, you will be responsible for delivering engaging educational presentations to students through live online sessions.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy public speaking, teaching, presenting, demonstrating concepts, and helping others understand a subject.

You do not need to live in the United States to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Peach Academy Online Instructor/Presenter, you may be responsible for:

  • Teaching live online classes and educational presentations.
  • Presenting course-related educational material in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Explaining concepts, techniques, processes, and subject-specific information.
  • Interacting with students during live virtual sessions.
  • Answering student questions related to the subject being taught.
  • Leading discussions and encouraging student participation.
  • Using PowerPoint presentations, visual materials, demonstrations, examples, worksheets, or other instructional resources when appropriate.
  • Providing practical examples and real-world scenarios related to your subject area.
  • Maintaining a professional and positive online classroom environment.
  • Preparing for presentations before each scheduled class.
  • Following Peach Academy’s instructional and presentation guidelines.
  • Communicating professionally with Peach Academy staff and students.
  • Delivering classes according to the assigned presentation schedule.

Depending on the class, instructors may teach introductory, intermediate, or advanced subject matter appropriate to their qualifications and area of expertise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Fluent English

Applicants must be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and professionally with students in an online learning environment.

Strong verbal communication skills are essential because the position involves live instruction and presentation.

2. Education

Applicants should have at least an:

Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree

in a relevant field of study.

Advanced degrees, professional certifications, licenses, specialized training, or significant industry experience may be considered depending on the subject being taught.

3. Subject-Matter Expertise

Applicants must demonstrate that they are knowledgeable in the subject area they wish to teach.

Your expertise may come from formal education, professional experience, industry practice, specialized training, certifications, or a combination of these.

4. Public Speaking Skills

Applicants must be comfortable speaking in front of an online audience.

You should be able to explain information clearly, maintain an organized presentation, speak confidently, and keep students engaged throughout the class.

5. Professional Communication

Applicants must communicate professionally with students, staff, and other members of the Peach Academy instructional team.

6. Reliable Technology

Instructors must have access to the technology necessary to conduct professional online presentations, including a reliable internet connection, computer, microphone, and camera when required.

HOW THE PAYMENT MODEL WORKS

This position is structured as an independent contractor opportunity.

Instructors are compensated per live presentation or class taught, based on the agreed-upon rate for the specific class or assignment.

The compensation structure is designed for professionals who want the flexibility to teach individual classes or presentations without committing to a traditional full-time teaching position.

Important:

This is not a salaried or hourly employee position.

Payment is based on the agreed compensation for each presentation or class assignment.

Specific compensation details will be discussed with qualified applicants during the selection and onboarding process.

You do not need to relocate to teach with us.

Our instructors can conduct classes remotely from their own location using online communication technology.
