Program Description:

The Associate of Science in Ayurveda Health Principles is a two-year undergraduate program designed to provide students with a scientific foundation in health sciences and an in-depth understanding of Ayurvedic concepts, philosophy, and lifestyle practices. The program bridges modern biomedical science with ancient Vedic knowledge, offering practical and theoretical training for those pursuing careers in holistic health, wellness coaching, or further Ayurvedic studies.

🧭 Program Objectives:

Graduates will:

  • Understand the foundational principles and philosophy of Ayurveda.

  • Gain knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology through both Ayurvedic and modern lenses.

  • Learn Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques and basic therapeutic practices.

  • Be equipped to offer lifestyle counseling based on Ayurvedic principles.

  • Integrate Ayurveda with wellness planning, herbal knowledge, and basic nutrition.
